How to Make a Digital Wedding Card in 10 Steps
Updated 2 October 2026 ·2 min read
A digital wedding card can be ready in one evening. Follow these steps from start to the moment it reaches your guests.
Before you start, have these ready
- The couple's full names and the parents' names (the hosts).
- The date, start and end times, and the full venue address.
- 3 to 6 pre-wedding photos (optional).
- Your DuitNow or Touch 'n Go QR and account number for salam kaut (optional).
- Your guest list, at least names and number of people.
The 10 steps
- 1Pick a template that suits your theme: songket, Jawi, minimalist, anime and more.
- 2Add the couple's names, the hosts and the invitation wording.
- 3Enter the date and time; the countdown is added automatically.
- 4Add the venue so the Waze and Google Maps buttons work.
- 5Write the programme: guests arrive, the couple arrives, food is served.
- 6Upload photos and choose licensed background music.
- 7Turn on RSVP and set how many people each guest may bring.
- 8Add your salam kaut QR or account number; money goes straight to you.
- 9Choose a link per guest: a personal link (VVIP) or the general link for groups.
- 10Send on WhatsApp with the message already written, then follow RSVPs on your dashboard.
After the card is sent
- Remind guests who have not replied, one week and one day before.
- On the day, use QR check-in at the hall door.
- After the wedding, download your Kad Kenangan so the card stays with you forever.
